Seven Wonders Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Motive Events Ltd, Colab Connects, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period: Entries open on 7 April 2025 and close on 2 May 2025 at 11:59 PM NZT. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter: Participants must complete the entry form on the Motive website, selecting their top seven incentive travel destination and providing the required details. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize: One winner will receive 35,000 IHG ONE REWARDS points transferred into the winners personal IHG ONE REWARDS account (join for free here). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. IHG One Rewards Disclaimer:
   This competition is organized by Motive Events and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with IHG Hotels & Resorts or the IHG One Rewards program. The prize consists of 35,000 IHG One Rewards Points, which are subject to the terms, conditions, and redemption policies of the IHG One Rewards program. Motive Events has no control over the availability, redemption options, or value of the points, which may vary based on IHG's policies. Participants acknowledge that any issues regarding the use of the points must be directed to IHG One Rewards and not Motive Events. 6. Winner Selection & Announcement: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on 20 May 2025 via Motive Events Ltd’s website and social media channels. The winner will also be notified via email.

7. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. Failure to do so may result in a new winner being selected.

9. The participant who provides their email address on the competition website page will be included in the closed user group (Closed User Group) and acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Details from all submissions will be collected and used by Motive Events Ltd for the purpose of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for processing and conducting the competition). By entering, participants consent to the use of their information as described. Participants may access and/or change their data in accordance with Motive Events Ltd’s Privacy Statement.

11. Technical Issues & Liability:

Motive Events Ltd is not responsible for any failure to submit an entry as a direct or indirect result of any technical problem of any kind, including but not limited to Internet traffic congestion, system failures, or transmission errors. Submission is deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the database, not at the time of transmission by the participant.

13. Motive Events Ltd assumes no responsibility for, and the participant releases Motive Events Ltd from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury to person or property (including computer systems and servers) resulting from participation in this competition.

14. If, for any reason beyond Motive Events Ltd’s reasonable control (e.g., due to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, etc.), the competition cannot be conducted as planned, Motive Events Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition and/or invalidate any submissions affected by such interference.

18. Motive Events Ltd reserves the right to change the specifics of any offer at its sole discretion, including modifying any conditions of the competition at any time.
