The aim was to combine business, recognition, and relationship building with immersive experiences that celebrated achievements, showcased the destination, and created lasting memories for all participants

The Motive
Motive crafted a dynamic Queenstown program that blended business, celebration, and adventure. Highlights included the AGM and board dinner, full-day conferences with sponsor sessions, choice activity options, casual dining at Tussock Point, a town “dine around” lunch, and a forest themed gala at Winehouse.
Every element from event flow and AV to creative theming and curated experiences was designed to engage, inspire, and delight delegates, ensuring the journey felt seamless, personalised, and memorable.

The Moment
The event was a resounding success, with delegates leaving motivated, connected, and energised. Feedback highlighted the perfect balance of business, recognition, and adventure, while the themed gala and curated experiences created moments participants will remember long after the event.
