Motive was engaged to create the 2025 Flight Centre Ball — a high-energy, immersive celebration that would transport attendees into a vibrant, otherworldly experience. The goal was to design a night that combined entertainment, recognition, and celebration, giving delegates a chance to let loose, connect, and celebrate in style. 

Motive brought the “Wicked”-inspired creative theme to life with a high-impact opening act that seamlessly integrated the MC into the performance. The ballroom was transformed with bold, vibrant design and lighting, creating an immersive environment that made attendees feel part of another world. Every detail — from the choreography and AV to table styling and themed experiences — was carefully crafted to maximise engagement, energy, and enjoyment, ensuring the night was as visually stunning as it was celebratory.
