Motive was engaged to deliver the 2025 Flight Centre Conference — a high-energy, large-scale event designed to educate, inspire, and connect over 500 delegates. Hosted at Cordis Auckland, the conference aimed to combine meaningful business updates with engaging content, an interactive trade show, and uplifting guest speakers, creating a powerful experience that celebrated the Flight Centre culture and community. 

Working closely with Flight Centre’s internal team, Motive designed and executed a seamless one-day conference that blended professional learning with vibrant brand storytelling. The Cordis Auckland provided the ideal setting for a full trade show, complemented by a dynamic conference program featuring inspiring keynote speakers and engaging content. Every detail — from staging, AV, and design through to delegate flow and supplier integration — was carefully planned to keep energy levels high and ensure a consistent, premium experience for all attendees. 

The 2025 conference was a resounding success, uniting the Flight Centre network and reinforcing the company’s strong team culture.
