Motive delivered a vibrant, immersive offshore experience for Stonewood Homes — balancing business, connection and adventure, all within budget.
MOTIVE DELIVERED
-

The Spark
Motive was tasked with creating a concentive for Stonewood Homes that would inspire franchisees and engage suppliers — but rather than following the usual brief, we challenged the boundaries to deliver something truly unexpected. By introducing Kuala Lumpur as a “wild card” destination, Motive aimed to open the client’s eyes to a vibrant, immersive offshore experience that would surprise and delight attendees, while still delivering a premium, memorable program within a budget.
-

The Motive
Motive designed a dynamic multi-day program that combined business, connection, and adventure. The experience included an arrival brunch, conference sessions, a rooftop welcome dinner, half-day sessions, and a Vespa night tour with a progressive dinner. A themed immersive trade show allowed suppliers to connect one-on-one with franchisees, while a city-wide Amazing Race challenge injected energy and fun.
The program culminated in a spectacular gala awards dinner, the pinnacle of the event. Every element — from venue selection and AV to creative theming and curated experiences — was negotiated and executed to ensure a seamless, engaging, and truly “wow” experience that pushed the boundaries of a standard concentive.

The Moment
The incentive was a standout success. Delegates were amazed by the vibrancy of Kuala Lumpur, fully engaged in the immersive program, and enthused by the innovative approach to networking and celebration. Supplier interactions were meaningful, franchisees were inspired, and the gala awards dinner provided a memorable high point. The event reinforced Stonewood Homes’ brand, strengthened relationships across the network, and demonstrated how Motive can deliver bold, unique experiences that exceed expectations — even outside the usual brief.
